Gym Junior (5 – 8)
This camp is designed for the beginner gymnast. Olympic gold could be in your child’s future, all they need is proper training when they are young and even if they aren’t reaching for the gold, they can work on building muscle, balance skills, and coordination through jumping, climbing, manipulative skills, and circuits. Repetition and routine is KEY! Our goal is to teach the proper drills and skills towards accomplishing specific goals. This program places great emphasis on skill progressions and fun. Students will be grouped and assigned routines based on their skill level.
